The location offered convenient access to local shops. Restaurants were also within a short walk. My room had various amenities. I also found useful brochures with information about area lakes available. I was pleased with the cleanliness and the overall condition of the facilities.

perfect little staycation
clean room warm room heavenly bed free parking
the king room i had was clean. the bed, it was heavenly. i liked the warming touch of the room. plus, there's free on-road parking, very helpful.
i did find the shower pressure a little too soft for my liking, it was a minor thing.

the hostess had a friendly welcome. she gave recommendations to a cafe for my breakfast and this place turned out great. i really like she thinks of everything there.

the hotel had a lovely patio garden. there were also little extra touches like wine glasses and a tea pot. the hotel is also a walking distance to the village centre.

the house location is central to the town. it has super access to market and restaurants. the area is surprisingly quiet considering the nearness to the high street, a definite plus for peaceful evenings.

The location was convenient, only a short walk from the main street.
There was no prior notification about this, and I received no apology upon arrival (a heads-up would have been nice). Despite vacant rooms, I was not offered a different one and the hosts became scarce after my initial complaint.

no announcement happened when i arrived. six days of noise occurred from 8 am to 5 pm. they didn't offer another room even though there were vacancies. communication? non-existent. it was cold in the room as heating only worked in the evenings i noticed by accident since nobody told me

railway station helpful owner comfortable room
the house was near the railway station. this made traveling easy. my room was clean, it was also comfortable.
there was no breakfast provided. i understood this when i booked. there was a kettle with hot drinks. i had to go out to find a café.
